Responsibilities:
Full cycle implementation of software development projects using .NET 4.0 and above, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVC
Developing of Web API and RESTful web services
Work with client-side programming HTML, CSS, AJAX
Develop with Javascript frameworks like AngularJS, BackboneJS, jQuery, jQuery Mobile.Programming skills on SQL Server with strong database design
To Engage in design patterns, object-oriented design and programming
Must have good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

Customer support Engineer
Location: Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.
Experience: 0-2 years in co-operative banks/ Societies.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Education: BCom, BCA, BBA
Domain – Voice Process
Shift time- Day shift only
Note: Postgraduate will not be considered for this current role opening
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Excellent website research & navigation skills
- Should be good in reading/understanding/interpretation of the content
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills
- Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English
- Should be able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following the scripts when handling different subjects/scenarios
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry
- No long leave in plan for at least next 1 year
- Availability to travel within the state (for Demo or Training Customers )
- Work will be from office only ( No WFH)
